Scubaland Policies100% Satisfaction Guaranteed or return the product for in-store credit. EquipmentIf you are not 100% satisfied, you can exchange a new, unused product in original packaging for another product or return the product for in-store credit. ClassesFull refunds are giving for Open Water classes only if a physician deems you unable to SCUBA dive. There will be a class transfer fee if you change class dates after signup ($50 fee for changes/cancellations less than a week before class starts). Class cancellations will result in an in-store credit minus cancellation fee. Flower GardensIf a Flower Garden trip cancels due to weather or mechanical problems you can receive a full refund, use the credit for in-store credit, or book another Flower Gardens trip. If you cancel due to illness or schedule conflict there are no refunds. |
