Scubaland Adventures Online Store

For over twenty years Scubaland Adventures has been committed to bringing the best gear at the best prices to our customers while maintaining a level of service that brings our customers back to us again and again.  We are continuing that tradition with the launch of our newest store – our online store!

Our goal is to deliver to the same experience online that you would get if you came to one of our three locations in Austin, TX.  A few things you should know about our online store:

Our products…

We sell the same products in our SCUBA shops as we sell online.  While we do have closeouts and promotions, the majority of the products you see online you could purchase from our SCUBA shops.

Our prices…

Our online products are priced based on our dealer agreements.  That is to say that they are listed at the minimum advertised price (MAP).  Any product purchased at MAP price or higher has a full manufacturer’s warranty.

If you find a product in our store being sold below MAP price on another website or in another store we will match or beat that price.

Our shipping…

Our shipping charges are simple.  Purchases of $100 or more receive free shipping.  All other orders have a shipping charge of $10.  There are NO HANDLING CHARGES.  If you live in the Austin area would like to pick up your purchase at one of our locations then no shipping charges will apply regardless of the amount of the purchase.

Our guarantee…

In addition to manufacturer warranties, all purchases have a 30 day Scubaland warranty.  If you receive a damaged or defective product we will replace that product or give you a full refund.  All other products may be returned for full store credit.  A 15% restocking fee may apply to refunds of returns of non defective or damaged products.
