EFR Instructor Course
Course cost $300, not incl. materials

Course Length: 2 Days

Prerequisites to entry:  PADI Divemaster or above, proof of current CPR and 1st Aid (EFR preferred) and Care for Children (the CFC course is typically done the evening before the EFR Instructor Course begins).

Suggested & Required Preparations: (Required) Review EFR video, complete EFR Instructor Knowledge Reviews.  (Suggested) Review entire instructor and participant-level manuals and complete participant-level knowledge reviews.

Description:  The PADI Emergency First Responder Instructor Course prepares you to teach this comprehensive provider course.  It includes Primary Care (assessment, CPR, and life sustaining care), Secondary Care (i.e. first aid), Automatic External Defibrillator, and oxygen delivery fundamentals.  This course can be marketed and provided to any audience.

The PADI EFR Instructor Course also allows the instructor to teach the Care for Children Course.  The Care for Children Course takes the emergency training you receive to the next level by including all younger ages (or smaller body types) in the care spectrum covered. The CFC prepares you for handling both infant and child emergencies with respect to CPR, First Aid and AED.
