I was open water certified in 1991. Over the years I took a long "surface interval" while serving in the US Army. Since then, I have been an active member of the local dive community. I am grateful that I have been able to travel the world to go diving, as dive travel is a huge passion. My current favorite dive location is Sipadan Island in Malaysia.

My interests in diving include photography, wreck diving, technical diving, and recovering lost "treasure" - you should see my collection of sunglasses found in Lake Travis!
